The March market was hot for rentals

Last month was a great time for our clients looking for new tenants!

Earlier in the month, a stunning end-unit townhome went live in Halfmoon Bay. The 2017 build boasted 2 good-sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and tons of living and dining space on the main floor. It truly made for the perfect place for a young family or couple. 

We were extremely fortunate to have helped this client originally purchase this home and now support them on their next journey to find tenants that would enjoy the space as much as they did. 

Between the home being in great condition and located in a thriving community, this rental was only on the market for 5 days!

After receiving multiple applications, we were able to successfully find new tenants that were best suited and eager to move in. Congratulations to our client!

Our second rental listing was located near Hintonburg, another great neighbourhood in Ottawa (if we do say so ourselves).

Our client was looking for a new tenant in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom with modern touches and a beautiful balcony (that doesn’t overlook any neighbours immediately behind them). 

Within walking distance of the Ottawa Riverfront park and so many incredible small businesses to explore, we’re not surprised that this place was scooped up in only 2 days!

We were extremely pleased to receive multiple applications for this listing to find a great tenant for our client. 

To acquire a new property, you don’t have to sell. Renting can be a feasible option for you to make an additional stream of income and continue to find your dream home.
